If you're not happy with FastFrench Unlimited, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked. This applies to both the monthly and yearly plans.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or reply to your purchase receipt email.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the “Your plan” page. You'll keep Unlimited access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
