Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of FastFrench (the "Service"), an online French learning app. The Service is provided by Online Fitness Sales LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you are contracting with Online Fitness Sales LLC and agree to these terms.

1. The Service

FastFrench provides a CEFR placement test, grammar lessons and adaptive practice questions. Free accounts receive a daily question allowance; the paid Unlimited plan removes that limit.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be of legal age to form a contract in your country, or have a parent or guardian's permission. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. Provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including by:

• using it for any unlawful purpose;
• fraud, spam or impersonation;
• infringing our or anyone else's intellectual property;
• interfering with security — introducing malware, probing or testing vulnerabilities, scraping, or circumventing usage limits;
• reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the Service or its content.

4. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service and its content, including the software, lessons, questions, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal learning within your plan.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, renewal, tax, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; if you cancel, you keep access until the end of your paid period. See our Refund Policy.

6. Service level

We work hard to keep FastFrench available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any lesson content is free of mistakes. Your placement level is an estimate, not an official certification.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. When access ends, your learning data may be deleted.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

9. General

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. We may update these terms and will post the new version here.
